At Herts Candles we hand pack and ship our candles with the greatest of care to ensure that they arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

All orders will be shipped within 1 working days. We will send you a tracking number via email to notify you that your candles have been dispatched.

Please allow 3 working days for UK Delivery, excluding bank / national holidays and 7-8 working days for European Delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy your Herts Candles products but incase you don't, you can return any item bought online within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Once we have received your returned order, we will assess the quality of the returned product, providing the quality of the returned product meets our standard of acceptance, we will then notify you and arrange for a refund to be sent to you within 3 - 5 days to your original payment method.

Please note that we don't refund original or return postage fee's.
